Soya DOC
Soybean meal is used in food and animal feeds, principally as a protein supplement, but also as a source of metabolizable energy. Soya DOC is made from the left-over extract of soya bean seeds that is rich in protein and micro nutrients. Since it is an excellent source of protein, it is frequently used as raw material for cattle and other animal feeds. Globally, 98% of the soybean meal is used as animal feed and only 2% of the remaining is used for human consumption as soy flour or as other products.
